In large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Stir-fry scallions, garlic, gingerroot and green beans 5 minutes. Add cabbage and water; cover pan and steam vegetables 2 minutes. Add parsley and spinach; sir-fry until spinach wilts, about 1 minute. Add couscous or pasta; stir-fry 1 minute. Add tamari or soy sauce to taste. Makes 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
