9 oz Pkg Frozen Whole Green Beans
1/3 cup Chopped Green Onion
2 cl Garlic, minced
2 tbl Snipped parsley
1 tbl Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbl Olive Oil
1 dsh Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook frozen green beans with onion and garlic according to package directions. Drain vegetables well; return to saucepan.

In a small mixing bowl combine parsley, wine vinegar, and mustard.

Gradually add olive oil, stirring constantly with a whisk or fork. Add the salt and pepper; stir until well mixed.

Pour dressing over vegetables in saucepan. Cook about 1 minute or until heated through.
