Instructions: Wash beans and slice on the diagonal into 1 inch pieces. Place in saucepan with beer and butter. Cook over low heat until crisp tender, about 15 minutes. Remove beans with a slotted spoon and set aside. Combine vinegar, sugar, onion and cornstarch. Stir in liquid and cook until thickened. Thin with a little beer if necessary. Gently fold in beans, sprinkle with bacon and serve.
