In large skillet, sprayed with vegetable cooking spray, combine green beans, mushrooms, green onions, almonds and tarragon. Saute until beans are tender but firm (about 3-4 minutes). Add the blue cheese and stir until the cheese begins to melt. Serve immediately. Serves 6. Email this Recipe:
