Instructions: Melt butter in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat; add ham, and saute 5 minutes. Add onion, and saute 5 minutes. Add green beans and next 4 ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring in bell pepper during the last 2 to 3 minutes. This recipe yields 12 to 16 servings. Email this Recipe:
