2 lb fresh green beans
1/4 cup butter
1 sm sweet onion, chopped
2 x cloves garlic
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp paprika
2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Place green beans in a steamer and steam until crisp-tender. Melt butter in a skillet and saute onion and garlic. Stir in flour and paprika and cook for a couple of minutes. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Allow mixture to boil a few minutes until sauce starts to thicken. Add green beans and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and salt and pepper. Serve at once.

Chefs Notes: Use fat free chicken broth and low fat sour cream.
