Instructions: Melt butter in a heavy skillet and add walnuts. Lightly brown, then add sugar and mix well. Continue to cook for 3 min. on med. heat. Set aside.
Place green beans in a large pot with enough water to cover; bring to a boil. Cook until bright green, but still slightly crunchy. Drain and add to the walnut mixture. Mix well. Makes 8 servings. Email this Recipe:
