Instructions: Trim beans and leave whole. Cook in a large pot of boiling water or steam 4 to 8 minutes or until tender-crisp. Drain and immediately run under cold water to stop further cooking. Toss beans with lemon juice, oil, pepper and onions and allow to cool to room temperature or chill before serving.
Sprinkle with salt and toss with walnuts just before serving. Adjust seasoning. Email this Recipe:
