Instructions: Grind all the marinade ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Then marinate the chicken for 30 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and add the cloves peppercorns cinnamon and cardamom. Fry for a minute. Add the onions. Fry until translucent then the chicken and fry until slightly brown. Add any remaining marinade cover and cook on a low heat until the chicken is tender Serve hot sprinkled with almonds and dried mint powder. The mint adds freshness and makes a refreshing change from the rich red curries that are normally served in indian restaurants. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
