Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a 9 inch square pan with cooking spray. Measure all ingredients in order listed in bowl. Stir just until cornmeal is moistened. Batter should be lumpy. Spread evenly in pan. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown.
