Instructions: Melt butter in large skillet; add onion, bell pepper and chili powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add potatoes, chiles, salsa and chicken; cook for 2 minutes. Transfer mixture to medium bowl. Wipe out skillet; add oil. Return mixture to skillet; fry over medium heat for 10 minutes or until browned. This recipe yields 6 servings. Comments: Hash is the perfect dish for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and this recipe will put a new spin on the meal of your choice.
