Instructions: Heat the oil in a deep saute pan and saute the onion, green onions, garlic, and pork until the pork is browned through. Add the rest of the ingredients except pepper and salt and cook over medium-high heat until it comes to a boil. Stir in the pepper and salt, reduce the heat, and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Yield: Approx. 4 cups SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Use over eggs Benedict instead of hollandaise sauce, or with huevos rancheros. Its also outstanding spooned over hot white rice. Email this Recipe:
