Instructions: Dredge pork in seasoned flour. In a hot skillet add 2 Tbsp. oil.
Brown the pork in small batches until browned on all sides, adding more oil as needed. Remove pork from pan and put in oven proof casserole dish. Sauteed onions in skillet, add garlic peppers & tomatoes then add to pork. Deglaze skillet with beer, add stock, oregano & garlic, Add to pork. Bake covered at 3750 for 1-1 1/2 hours.
