2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
12 oz canned mild green chilies, chopped
1 pt sour cream
2 x eggs, beaten
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix first 4 ingredients; stir in rice. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
