Instructions: Mix cooked rice, sour cream, and milk. Layer rice mixture, cheese and chillies, salt and paprika in a casserole. Bake at 350 until mixture is bubbly; approximately 30 minutes.
Note: Freezes well, but you probably wont have leftovers. Good cold too. Ive even heated cold slices in a bit of oil to heat, and made a sandwich out of it. Can use mix cheddar and mozzarella cheese you prefer. You can also add another 1/8 C. milk to make creamier. And, of course, you can use low-fat or no-fat sour cream, cheese, and milk.
