2 can chopped green chilies, (4 oz.)
12 x corn tortillas
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 med onion, finely chopped
2 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
Instructions: Fry tortillas one at a time in a small skillet in hot oil, 3 to 5 seconds on each side or just until tortillas are softened. Combine onion and cheese; place about 3 tablespoons cheese mixture on each tortilla. Roll tortillas up and place in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add chicken broth; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and chilies. Pour sauce over tortillas, and bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly.

Yield: 6 servings.
