Instructions: One of my favorite things to do with it is make green eggs with my grandson (3 1/2). I add the spinach to an omelet with cheddar Rice Chunk and we have "green eggs"! Then we read "Green Eggs and Ham". Great fun - and he eats the spinach with gusto!
