Instructions: 1. Bring 7 cups water to a boil. Add all ingredients except soup mix and sour cream mix. Simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Mix sould mix with 1/2 cup cold water. Add to pot and simmer for 5-10 minutes longer, or until noodles and meat are tender. 3. If sour cream is used stir in just before serving. Makes about 8 cups. Variation: a. Canned roast beef may be substituted. Use one less bouillion cube. Email this Recipe:
