Ingredients:

1/4 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbl whole cloves
1/2 tbl ground cinnamon
1 dsh cayenne pepper
1/2 lb green pears sliced
4 x lemons peeled and sliced cut the peels in strips
12 oz dark raisins
3 lb dark brown sugar
8 x cloves garlic minced
3 lrg onions sliced
2/3 cup crystallized ginger minced
7 cup canned pineapple chunks drained
5 cup white vinegar
3 tbl mustard seeds
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil, then lower heat. Simmer, covered, until the fruit is tender, 45 minutes to 1 hour after boiling. This does not spoil and does not need to be specially sealed. Serve with lamb, chicken or roast beef.
