Instructions: Wisk together Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce, corn syrup, lime juice and cornstarch in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; boil one minute. Remove from heat, add cilantro.

Hold refrigerated until needed.

This recipe yields 1 quart (for approximately 12 lbs. chicken wings).
