Instructions: Heat a heavy pan and dry roast the gram flour stirring until it is brown and fragrant.
Heat the oil in a separate pan. Add the cumin and asafoetida. Stir a few times then add the onion and fry until golden. Add the green pepper peanuts powder spices and salt. Cover and cook until the pepper is crunchy. Sprinkle the gram flour over and stir well to break up the lumps. Cook for 5 more minutes then remove from the heat. Serve hot with rotis.
