1 cup Uncooked Rice
2 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 bn Green Onions -- sliced
3/4 cup Celery -- sliced
1 lb Bag Broccoli -- chopped
4 tbl Diet Margarine -- (melted)
8 oz Shredded Cheese -- (Velveeta
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine rice and melted margarine. Add onions, cheese, celery, broccoli

(frozen) and soup. Stir to mix. Place in 2 qt casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is cooked (Cover while baking).
