Ingredients:

GENERAL ----------------
1 x Lettuce, shredded finely
1/2 x Onion, chopped finely
2 x Tomatoes, chopped finely
6 sprg fresh coriander, chopped finely
2 x Green chillies, chopped finely (optional)
250 gm Cooked chicken, turkey or beef, or flaked, canned tuna fish (8oz)
1 x Lime or lemon, juice of
1/2 tsp Salt
A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
8 x Tortillas, cut into small squares and deep-fried
----------------- TO GARNISH ----------------
1 x Ripe avocado
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix together all the ingredients except the tortilla chips, 30 minutes before required.

Just before serving, add the crisp tortillas and toss lightly.

Cut the avocado into wedges and use it and the coriander sprigs as a garnish.
