Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
20 x green tomatoes (They filled the food processor)
2 tbl cumin (I ground my own)
1/4 cup rice vinegar
5 dsh green Tabasco sauce big shakes
salt to taste
8 med jalapeno (From the garden and put through 1 good freeze)
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients in the food processor. Puree.

I was pleased with the flavor. I am sure the ingredients can be adjusted to individual tastes.
