Amount Ingredient
1 lb Andouille
(or similar sausage)
----------------- HOT MUSTARD SAUCE ----------------
1 cup Dijon Mustard
1 cup honey
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients for the Hot Mustard Sauce and set aside.

Grill the sausages on a medium to high fire, turning frequently until cooked and the skin is crispy and dark.

Cut into 1 inch pieces and serve with toothpicks and the sweet and hot mustard sauce.

Comments: You can use either Andouille or spicy Polish sausage for this recipe.
