Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a 9- by 13-inch baking dish, combine the butter and brown sugar; mix well. Place the bananas in the butter mixture and brush to coat completely. Place on the grill flat-side down and cook for 4 to 6 minutes, or until the edges begin to bubble; turn with a long-handled spatula and cook for 2 to 3 more minutes, or until lightly browned. Place 2 cooked slices of banana in each of 6 serving dishes, top with scoops of ice cream, and drizzle with the hot fudge. Serve immediately. This recipe yields 6 servings. Comments: You can heat the hot fudge in an aluminum container directly on the grill. If youd like, top this with all your favorite banana split toppings, including chopped nuts, sprinkles, strawberry sauce, pineapple sauce, whipped cream, and cherries.
