Instructions: In medium-size bowl mix vinegar, sugar, and mustard. Set aside.
Neatly split bratwurst links in half lengthwise; open to lie flat. Place on grill. Place a 12- by 12-inch sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil with edges turned up 1 inch on grill with onions and cider vinegar mixture. Cook until onions tender and bratwurst are done.
