Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
250 gm King fish, cut into pieces
----------------- THE MARINADE ----------------
20 gm Green pepper
2 tsp Ginger paste, (10 g)
2 tsp Lemon juice, (10 ml)
1 tsp Chopped celery, (5 g)
Salt and pepper to taste
----------------- THE HERB RICE ----------------
100 gm Rice, parboiled
Butter
1 tsp Garlic, chopped (5 g)
1/4 tsp Oregano, (1 g)
10 gm Scallion, chopped fine
Instructions:
Instructions: MIX all the marinade ingredients and marinate the fish in this mixture for a few minutes. Grill the fish till tender.

To prepare the herb rice : Heat butter in a pan. Saute garlic, oregano and scallion for one minute. Add rice and salt to taste and saute till done.

Place the fish on a bed of ragout of grilled vegetables and herb rice.

NOTES : (Grilled fish served with vegetable stew)
