Instructions: Assemble all materials. Melt butter or margarine in small saucepan, brush generously on both sides of bread. Put one or two slices cheese between two slices buttered bread. Melt a small amount of butter or margarine in heavy skillet. Put sandwich into skillet and cook slowly over low heat until brown. Turn, and brown other side of sandwich.
