Instructions: Mix together dry dressing mix, 1/4 cup orange juice & oil in a ziploc bag.
Add Chicken. Marinate for at least 8 hrs or overnight. Grill chicken until done - marinated meat will cook faster so dont over-cook it. Let chicken cool and cut into bite size pieces. Prepare 1 lb penne pasta - drain, rinse with cool water and set aside. Mix cooled chicken with pasta and add: 2 cups seedless grapes halved 1 cup pecans 1 cup mayonnaise mixed with 1/4 cup orange juice pepper and season salt to taste 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Toss together well and chill.
