Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 whl fish - (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lbs ea)
(like trout, bass, or red snapper)
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup peanut oil
1/3 cup rice vinegar
2 x scallions sliced
1 tbl sesame oil
1 tbl chopped crystallized or ground ginger
Instructions:
Instructions: Place the fish in a large resealable plastic storage bag.

In a blender, combine the remaining ingredients and blend until well combined. Reserve 1/4 cup of the mixture to serve as a sauce with the cooked fish. Pour the remaining mixture over the fish, seal the bag, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Coat a grilling basket with nonstick cooking spray. Place the fish in the grilling basket, reserving the marinade for basting.

Grill, covered, for 10 to 12 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally with the marinade during the first 5 minutes of cooking, then discard any remaining marinade.

Remove to a serving platter, pour the reserved 1/4 cup sauce over the fish and serve.
