Instructions: Combine the prepared pizza sauce, Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce and Mascarpone cheese. Reserve until needed.

Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen. Dock the dough well. Spread the Tabasco-Mascarpone over the crust, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge. Top the sauce with the cheese blend.

Bake in a preheated 450 degree pizza oven for 7 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into 8 slices.
