Instructions: Make Salsa: Combine mango, apple, cilantro, lime juice, sugar and salt in bowl. Can be made ahead. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Heat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Rinse and pat dry ham steak. Combine cumin, sugar, oil and pepper in a cup. Brush on both sides of steak. Grill ham until heated through and grill marks are dark, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Serve with fruit salsa and cooked rice, if desired. This recipe yields 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
