Ingredients:

2 x well-trimmed boneless beef ribeye or
top loin steaks, 1" thk - (abt 1 lb)
Salt to taste
----------------- HERB MUSTARD ----------------
2 lrg garlic cloves crushed
2 tsp water
2 tbl Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: In 1-cup glass measure, combine garlic and water; microwave on HIGH 30 seconds. Stir in remaining mustard ingredients; spread onto both sides of beef steaks.

Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill top loin steaks, uncoverd, 15 to 18 minutes (ribeye steaks 11 to 14 minutes) for medium-rare to medium doneness, truning occasionally.

Season steaks with salt, as desired. Carve steaks crosswise into thick slices.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
