1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
1 tbl peanut oil or toasted sesame
oil
1 tbl fresh ginger minced
1/4 cup dry sherry
8 med boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine soy, oil, ginger, and sherry. Marinate chicken for 2-4 hours.

Heat a gas grill on high for 10-15 minutes. Sear the chicken, reduce heat and cook breasts about 12 minutes more or until internal temperature is 160 degrees. For boneless thighs grill for 25 minutes total time. If using a disposable grill liner, leave the grill on high and cook for a total of 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature is about 160 degrees.

Sprinkle the chicken with the honeyed cashews just before serving. (The calorie count on this is way off, because most of the honey stays in the marinade, or drips off during cooking, )
