Recipe for Grilled Honey-Soy Pork Steaks

2 x	pork blade steaks, 1" thick
2 sm	garlic cloves minced
2 tbl	finely-chopped onion
2 tbl	lemon juice
2 tbl	soy sauce

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a self-sealing plastic bag; seal bag and place in refrigerator 4 to 24 hours.

Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade.

Grill over medium-hot coals, 7 minutes per side, turning once.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
