Instructions: I have a recipe from Reed Heardons "Salsa" cookbook that has never failed me...best dam hot sauce for dippin i have had...get a big ol cast iron skillet and roast the chiles, onions and garlic until blackened...gives the salsa a wonderful smoky flavor...enjoy!
