Instructions: Combine the butter, mustard, parsley, Tabasco, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Turn the lobsters over and brush the cavities and tail meat with the butter mixture.
Place the lobsters on a hot grill, cavity-sides down, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on high heat. Turn the lobsters right-side up, brush again with the butter sauce, and move them to the cooler edges of the grill. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Serve with the remaining warm butter mixture. This recipe yields 8 servings. Comments: Have your lobsters split and cleaned at the fish market, grill them immediately and serve with a nice white wine!
