2 lb sirloin steak
1/4 cup bourbon or apple juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbl orange juice
2 tbl cooking oil
1 x clove garlic minced
1 tsp ground ginger (fresh is best)
Instructions:
Instructions: Put everything together in a plastic bag with steak. Seal and marinate in fridge for 4 to 24 hours. Grill.
