6 x Boneless skinless turkey breast halves
1 cup Corn And Grilled Pepper Relish see * Note
----------------- GINGER-GARLIC MARINADE ----------------
1 cup Soy sauce (preferably low sodium)
1/2 cup Coarsely chopped fresh ginger
1/2 cup Coarsely chopped garlic
1/4 cup Fresh lime juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all the marinade ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and refrigerate until cool. Add the turkey breasts to the marinade and let marinate, refrigerated and covered, for 8 hours or overnight.

Prepare a wood or charcoal fire and let it burn down to embers.

Remove turkey breasts from the marinade and pat dry, discarding the marinade. Grill the turkey for about 4 minutes on each side. Serve immediately, with the Corn And Grilled Pepper Relish spooned over.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
