4 x Veal chops, 1 1/2" thick - (10 oz ea)
----------------- MARINADE ----------------
3 x Garlic cloves finely chopped
1 tbl Minced ginger
1 x Shallot minced
1/4 cup Cilantro coarsely chopped
1/2 cup Sherry vinegar
3 tbl Hoisin sauce
2 tbl Soy sauce
2 tbl Rice wine vinegar
1 tbl Sesame oil
2 tbl Smooth peanut butter
1 tbl Honey
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all marinade ingredients in a shallow baking dish. Add veal chops to the mixture and turn to coat. Cover and let marinate 3 to 4 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill.

Remove veal from marinade and grill the chops for 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
