Prepare Grilled Portobello Mushrooms and Asparagus, slicing mushrooms rather than cutting into strips. Arrange salad greens, mushrooms, and asparagus on a large serving platter, and drizzle with dressing. Serve with goat cheese toast; garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs, if desired.
