Instructions: Remove the stems from the mushrooms, wash well, drain well, and dry with a cloth. Rub surface of the mushrooms lightly with butter and place them gill-side up along the edges of the grill. Put small dollop of butter and a light dusting of salt and pepper in the gills. Cook 10 to 12 minutes, depending on size. Just before serving, turn cap-side up and brush with a bit of butter.
