Instructions: Beat the butter in a bowl until soft then stir in the garlic cumin herbs seasoning breadcrumbs and peanuts until well mixed.
Arrange the mussels in their shells on a large grill pan then divide the breadcrumb mixture to top each shell. Place under a medium preheated grill and cook for three to four minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Serve gamished with the lime and dill. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
