6 x	Very ripe plantains peeled and sliced
	on the bias 1/8-inch thick
1 tbl	Olive oil for brushing
4 tbl	Brown sugar
1 tbl	Honey
1/2 tbl	Chipotle puree

Instructions:

Instructions: Prepare grill.

Brush plantains with olive oil and grill for 2 minutes on both sides.

Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl well. Brush on plantains. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
