Instructions: Mix all marinade ingredients well.
Cut the pork butt into 1-inch cubes and marinate, covered in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Cut the red bell peppers into 1 1/2- by 3/4-inch strips; set aside. Cut the red onions into 1 1/2- by 3/4- by 1/2-inch chunks; set aside. Remove the meat from the marinade. Discard the remaining marinade. Thread the pork, red pepper and onion on skewers.
