Instructions: Pour 2/3 cup of the dressing over mushrooms in shallow dish; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Drain; discard dressing.
Place mushrooms on greased grill or rack of broiler pan. Grill over hot coals or broil 4 to 6 inches from heat until cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Cut into slices. Toss mushrooms with remaining ingredients in large bowl. This recipe yields 6 servings. Variations: Prepare as directed, substituting 3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 3/4 lb), for mushrooms.
