Instructions: Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Then brush them with olive oil and sprinkle them lightly with salt.
Place them directly on the grill, turning them occasionally, for about 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown (they should easily pierce with a fork). Serve with butter, salt and pepper.
