Amount	Ingredient
2 x	chickens - (2 1/2 lbs ea)
1 lrg	onion squeezed through
	a garlic press
3 x	limes
3 tbl	olive oil
1 tbl	sumac
3 x	garlic cloves finely chopped
	Salt to taste

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix the above ingredients together. Pour marinade over chicken, coat cover and refrigerate overnight.

Grill the chicken halves, turning frequently and brushing with the marinade, until done. Remove to a platter.
