Instructions: Clean fresh prawns and season. Grill prawns on barbecue.
Heat saucepan, melt butter. Add chopped onions and garlic, simmer until soft and golden brown. Add tomato puree and brown sugar soy sauce and rice vinegar and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add chilli paste or fresh chilli and simmer for further 10 minutes. Transfer prawns to plate. Pour sauce over prawns. Serve with side salad of tomato, lettuce, alfalfa and cucumber.
